TROY AMBULANCE

From the Issue:
April 2011
The winter has definitely been long and hard on all of us. There have been some areas of concern but we know if everyone can help out just a little bit, we will better be able to serve our community that we love so much!

Our first area of concern is the lower trailer park. (Woodland Park).  We have noticed that the numbers on the trailers are quite small and have proven to be very difficult to see, especially at night.  We are asking people to please put up larger house numbers so there will not be any delay in our response times.

Another area of concern is the apartments on Mill St. for they are not numbered at all.  This can prove very frustrating for EMS, Fire and Police when trying to find you in an emergency.

Also, please make sure that your driveways are wide enough for both the ambulance and firetrucks to get down. We understand that this year has been a lot harder than years past, with the amount of snow.  And the snow has been difficult to move with no space to move it to.  However, if we cannot get down your driveway, it will make it harder for both EMS personnel and you should you need us

We know everyone is looking forward to spring and warmer weather.  Everyone's cooperation is greatly appreciated and with everyone working together, our response times to you will be faster and we will be able to do our jobs more proficiently.  Remember, we do what we do for all of you!  We want to be able to be there as fast as possible without having any issues along the way so we thank you for all your help!
