The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 13, 2011, at 5:30 PM, in the Selectmen’s Office, to consider adopting an Ordinance establishing procedures for the licensure and regulation of itinerant vendors, hawkers, peddlers, traders and merchants or other persons who sell, offer to sell, or take orders for merchandise from temporary or transient sales locations within the limits of the Town of Troy.
Interested citizens are encouraged to attend. Please contact the Selectmen’s Office at (603) 242-7722 if you have a disability and need assistance to attend. Anyone wishing to submit written comments prior to the hearing should address them to the Selectmen’s Office, PO Box 249, Troy, NH 03465.
