Hello my name is Francis Fournier candidate for selectman. I have been a resident since 1967, I served 3 years on the Planning Board, 1 year as secretary, 1 year as Vice Chairman. I was also involved in the research and preparation of the Master Plan and Planning Board Representative for the Master Plan Steering Committee. I was also involved in the clean up of the Rockwood Brook Hazardous Waste Site and I am presently a member of the Industrial Development Authority and I'm deeply concerned with the amount of property taxes we pay and will be determined to cut costs and lower taxes.
I am a firm believer that if someone considers running for selectman they should first serve on various boards to familiarize themselves with the inner workings of the Town. I believe I have that experience plus good old common sense and look forward to serving you and personally addressing your concerns.
