I have not received any answers to my "three events at 7 PM." Maybe it was a dumb question or no one understood it. The answers are: 1. The clock strikes 7PM, 2. The Fire Department horn/whistle made a test signal at 7PM, 3. The Angeles was rung at 7PM by the Catholic Church. They were not always not synchronized; they might be spread over three or four minutes, leaving one to say, "7PM in Troy lasted three or four minutes."
